The following activities will result in immediate account termination:

  • Any activities or content illegal under the laws of the United States, Finland, and/or Estonia
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) whether real, simulated, illustrated, or AI-generated
  • Gore or animal abuse content (except for documentary or evidentiary purposes)
  • Hate speech, including racial, ethnic, religious, or other forms of bigotry
  • Harassment, stalking, or threatening behavior
  • Doxxing or sharing private information without consent
  • Impersonating other users, websites, or businesses
  • Spamming in rooms, direct messages, or other communication channels
  • Attempting to disrupt we2.ee services
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Deliberate disruption of service operations
  • Network scanning or probing activities
  • Attempting to circumvent server limitations
  • Using the service to launch attacks against other servers

Resource Usage

To ensure fair service for all users, we enforce the following limits:

  • Matrix account storage: Reasonable usage aligned with personal communication needs
  • PrivateBin pastes: Maximum size and retention limits as specified on txt.we2.ee
  • API rate limits: As required for stable service operation

Enforcement

  • Violations will result in immediate account termination without prior notice
  • Terminated accounts will not be reinstated
  • Content violating these terms may be removed
  • We reserve the right to report illegal activities to relevant authorities
  • These terms apply to all services operated under we2.ee domains

Service Limitations

we2.ee provides services on an "as-is" basis:

  • No guarantees of continuous availability
  • No warranty of fitness for any particular purpose
  • Right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice
  • Right to update these terms as needed
